Clients are required to establish a non-refundable retainer upfront. All plays are subject to a commission percentage rate (detailed below) and minimum play amount. The delivery of plays, tracking of net winnings, and commissions will be tracked in a shared document updated daily. At the conclusion of the month, the net winnings will be subject to a commission rate, this amount will then be deducted from client's retainer. For example: client winnings are $22,780 for Month 1 with a commission.
